NOTICE: the United States Federal Trade Commission has
finally begun to take some action on behalf of consumers being inundated with
porn spam. As of Monday May 24, 2004 any "Adult" spam must now bear the warning,
"Adult Content" in the subject line or be subject to fines as outlined below;

First Offense from an individual, Fine:
$25,000 per incident |

Second Offense from an Individual, Fine $
50,000 per incident |
|
|
Each offense from a company, Fine $
250,000 per incident |
If you are a victim of such an un-requested adult spam,
forward it to uce@ftc.gov
