All ad sales agents are compensated on a commission basis only, we are presently in the process of establishing a "Draw Fund", for future sales agents, however this has not yet been implemented.
Compensation is paid to any/all ad sales agents using the following schedule;
Initial Order, Base: 20%, Paid on payment by advertiser,
Residual: 2%, paid each term on payment by advertiser for
continued ads.

"Ova Yonda Travel Centre Advertising Sales Agents" are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, vehicles, supplies and/or any other subcontractors or sub-agents they may wish to retain for their assigned region.
"Ova Yonda Travel Centre Sales Agents" will be assigned a specific region by Ova Yonda Travel Centre & Hotel Reservation Network, and will be provided with the proper paperwork, (Contracts, Forms, etc), required by Ova Yonda Travel Centre.
"Ova Yonda Travel Centre Advertising Sales Agents" will be provided with site stats, pertinent page addresses, and a quarterly statement detailing their specific Ad Sales, Base Commissions, Residual Commissions and applicable "draws".
At the end of each year "Ova Yonda Travel Centre Advertising Sales Agents" will be provided with a single 1099 Income Statement as required by IRS laws. It is each "Ova Yonda Travel Centre Advertising Sales Agent's" responsibility to provide any/all subcontractors or sub-agents they may have retained, with a 1099 or W-2 showing their portion of the total compensation, as derived from the 1099 we provide each agent.
